Salsarita's Fresh Burrito
Salsarita’s Fresh Burrito had big plans to become a national franchise chain, capitalizing on the growing “Health-Mex” trend by giving consumers delicious, yet healthy Mexican food, fast.
It turned to Shook Kelley to develop the prototype design for its upscale, quick-food concept that stands apart from its food court competition.
Featuring burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, salads and nachos, Salsarita’s employed an assembly-line approach that let customers choose their toppings as the food was prepared fresh before their eyes. With brightly colored décor, an open preparation area and a back-lit menu that mimics a chalkboard, the franchise was posed to become the next big national chain.
